This is something that I've thought about a lot as I make the transition into college life. I want to be as financially successful as possible but I know that I can't thrive financially in a capitalist society without hurting someone else. As I moved into my apartment this Monday I realized for the hundredth time how fortunate I am to come from a financial stable and successful family. We're not rich, but we can afford a $650 apartment for both me and my sister. We're not rich, but we can afford try to pay for college without taking out loans. Rich guilt is real, and I'm really feeling it especially during this pandemic.
